Sausage Spinach Pasta

This is sure to become a family favorite!


  • 1 Pound – Ground Sausage (our family likes the Spicy Italian Sausage)
  • 1 Quart – Mama Bulla’s Marinaras ~ Spicy Red Sauce with Spinach
  • 1 Pound – Pasta (Penne or Rigatoni grip the sauce better!)


Brown the sausage in a large skillet   – making into large chunks – and drain off the grease.Start your pasta water – don’t forget to add a little olive oil to the pot to keep the pasta from sticking together. Once it comes to a complete boil, add the pasta and give a quick stir around the pot. Add a pinch or two of salt to the pasta water. Get this started first, because the rest won’t take long!

Pour your Bulla Family Farm Spicy Red Sauce with Spinach and sausage into a 4-quart pot to heat through – it’s already cooked, so you’re just warming it up!

Drain the pasta and add to the sauce mixture in a nice serving bowl. Sprinkle liberally with fresh Parmesan cheese. Dinner’s done…Mangia! (That’s Italian for “Let’s Eat!”)
