Well, I’m back at the stove making another batch (or 3) of our favorite new jam – Strawberry Balsamic & Black Pepper. Mm-mm Good! After selling out of this lovely, complex strawberry delight last Saturday, I figured I needed to stock up. I called today about having a table at a craft show in Annapolis on November 23-24, and I was cleaned out last weekend. I’ve got the supplies to make some jams and some red sauces.
OH! And I came across a delightful pineapple upside down cake jam recipe. I’m tweaking it to make it work – and taste a little more like my dad’s pineapple upside down cake – but I’m sure it’ll be awesome.
